Where is Belize ? ? ? 

Belize is one hour and forty minutes flying time from Miami and two hours from Houston and New Orleans.  Riverside Lodge is about an hour & half drive from Belize City along the Western Highway.

Directions to the Lodge :

From Belize City simply follow the "Western Highway" (Note: this is the ONLY "west to east" highway in the entire country of Belize), all the way to the town of San Ignacio, from San Ignacio travel 3 miles towards the village of Bullet Tree Falls. Once you cross the bridge, the Lodge is on the right hand side, you CANNOT miss us! (Note: if you somehow get lost, just pull over and ask any local for directions to us!)

Riverside Lodge is situated in a valley along the Mopan River Falls, in the heart of Bullet Tree Village, home to many traditional Mestizo, Mopan and Yucatec Maya.  Located just 3 miles southwest of San Ignacio Town – it remains a tranquil place to enjoy village life in a truly Belizean way.
